Nail Rescue

Something not quite right? We’re here to help. ♡

If something doesn’t seem quite right with your nails within 31 days of dispatch — such as an embellishment coming loose — we’ll be happy to replace up to 3 affected nails per set, free of charge (A small postage fee applies)

Lost or accidentally damaged a nail? We’ve got you.

We know life happens. A nail can go missing or get damaged — but that doesn’t mean your whole set has to go. Replacement nails are available for £3 per nail + postage, so you can keep enjoying your favourite set for longer.

How it works

Complete the Nail Rescue form below with your order number and replacement details — we’ll take it from there.

Each replacement will be handmade to match your original set as closely as possible.

As every Rosie Posie set is handmade, slight variations may occur. If original materials are unavailable, we’ll choose the closest match to complement your set.
