Orders

Please check your order details carefully before placing your order, including your chosen design, nail shape and size or custom measurements.

For nail sets made to your individual specifications or custom measurements, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or there is an obvious pricing or order error. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Handmade Products

Rosie Posie nail sets are handmade, so slight variations in colour, pattern, placement or finish may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of each set and do not affect your statutory rights.
